Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through this online store by consumers and business customers.

Contract

The presentation of goods is not a binding offer. By placing an order the customer makes a binding offer; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.

Prices and payment

All prices include 19% German VAT and exclude shipping costs. Payment is due on ordering, by the means offered at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address given by the customer. Shipping costs and delivery times are stated in the Shipping Policy.

Retention of title

The goods remain our property until paid for in full (§ 449 BGB).

Right of withdrawal and warranty

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal and 24 months of statutory liability for defects; see the Refund Policy.

Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers this does not affect the mandatory protection of the law of their country of residence.
