Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods (§§ 355, 312g BGB). A clear statement to store@cubeoutlet.de is sufficient — no reason has to be given.

Goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. For bikes we provide a return label and carry the return cost; for other goods the customer bears the direct cost of return.

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back, to the original means of payment.

Warranty

Statutory liability for defects applies for 24 months from delivery (§§ 434 ff. BGB).
